The project proposes the alteration and expansion of the two buildings used for the use of services, to locate the offices of the company BI4ALL.
The Contract consists of the rehabilitation of spaces of a total area of land with about 6,730 m2, divided into Warehouse A, with 5,100 m2 and Warehouse B, with 1,630 m2.
Detailing each of the spaces, in warehouse A, a new intermediate floor will be created, reformulating the layout of the existing floor, with new accesses designed for offices.
In warehouse B, just to the south, the building will be used for small apartments and meeting rooms.
On the ground floor there will be a space for changing rooms and a sports and dining area.
